At Inspired Biogenics, we understand that timely delivery matters. Our goal is to get your order packed, shipped, and in your hands as fast as possible — every time.

1. Free Shipping Promotion For a limited time, Inspired Biogenics is offering complimentary shipping on all domestic U.S. orders with USPS Ground. No minimum required. This promotion may be updated or discontinued at any time, so take advantage while it lasts.

2. Same-Day Shipping Cutoff Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Saturday) are eligible for same-day shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed during high-volume periods or holidays.

3. Shipping Speed Options We offer multiple shipping speeds so you can choose what works best for your timeline. Options available at checkout include Standard, 2-Day, and Next Day delivery. All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

4. Carriers Inspired Biogenics ships primarily via USPS, with UPS and FedEx also available at checkout. Please note that UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you are shipping to a PO Box, please select USPS at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's website. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly as a first step, then reaching out to our support team if the issue is not resolved.

6. Shipping Liability Inspired Biogenics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, weather-related disruptions, or other events outside of our control. We will always do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve any issues, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for problems that occur after a package leaves our facility. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order.

7. Address Accuracy Please review all shipping information carefully before placing your order. Errors in your shipping address can result in failed delivery, return-to-sender fees, or delays in getting your order to you. If you catch a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.
