This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Inspired Biogenics, LLC (“Inspired Biogenics,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through inspiredbiogenics.com.

 

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the sensitive and research-specific nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

We do not accept returns.
We do not issue refunds.
We do not offer exchanges.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that purchases are non-returnable.

 

2. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If you believe you received:

• An incorrect product, or
• A product that was visibly damaged during transit,

You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Notification must include:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the shipping package
• Clear photographs of the product as received
• Description of the issue

Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery constitutes acceptance of the order as received.

If, after review, we determine that an error occurred on our part, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Issue a replacement product

No refunds will be issued.

Replacement decisions are made solely by Inspired Biogenics after review of submitted documentation.

 

3. Delivered Orders

An order marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier is considered fulfilled.

Inspired Biogenics is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Delivery delays caused by carriers

Customers are responsible for ensuring secure receipt of delivered packages.

 

4. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted and may be discarded without refund or replacement.

We do not provide return shipping labels.

 

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Inspired Biogenics actively disputes all unauthorized chargebacks and submits detailed documentation to the payment processor including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and all communication records.

An unauthorized chargeback is any payment dispute filed with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting Inspired Biogenics and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. This includes disputing a charge for an order that was delivered as described, claiming non-receipt of an order that tracking confirms was delivered, filing a dispute after failing to contact our support team, and initiating a chargeback after we have already begun the resolution process with you.

If you file a fraudulent chargeback, we will take you to court and pursue the full amount you owe plus every fee your dispute cost us. Your information will be turned over to a collections agency. You will be permanently blocked from ever placing an order with Inspired Biogenics again. We maintain detailed records of every transaction and we will have the paperwork to back up every single one of these actions.

It is illegal to file a chargeback in an attempt to avoid paying for something you ordered and received. Contact us instead at support@InspiredBiogenics.com or by phone at 1-850-290-2353. We are easy to reach, we are fair, and we will work with you. But we will not ignore fraud.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time.
Changes are effective upon posting to this page.
