This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Inspired Biogenics, LLC (“Inspired Biogenics,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through inspiredbiogenics.com.

 

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the sensitive and research-specific nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

We do not accept returns.
We do not issue refunds.
We do not offer exchanges.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that purchases are non-returnable.

 

2. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If you believe you received:

• An incorrect product, or
• A product that was visibly damaged during transit,

You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Notification must include:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the shipping package
• Clear photographs of the product as received
• Description of the issue

Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery constitutes acceptance of the order as received.

If, after review, we determine that an error occurred on our part, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Issue a replacement product

No refunds will be issued.

Replacement decisions are made solely by Inspired Biogenics after review of submitted documentation.

 

3. Delivered Orders

An order marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier is considered fulfilled.

Inspired Biogenics is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Delivery delays caused by carriers

Customers are responsible for ensuring secure receipt of delivered packages.

 

4. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted and may be discarded without refund or replacement.

We do not provide return shipping labels.

 

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may constitute a violation of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to:

• Contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks
• Submit order records and delivery confirmation to payment processors
• Refuse future service to customers who initiate improper disputes
